Yuppies in the making?

It was a warm summer night on the patio at McGinnis, a few sexy ladies sitting at the tables around us. I was having a drink with Jerry and a couple of his co-workers at RIM - both of whom are in their mid 20s... and I realized something about a lot of the "white collared" guys their age...

- they live in 1 bedroom apartments/condos
- they brag about their new TV, surround sound system, or whatever else they've bought
- they take their jobs very seriously

Obviously, Jerry is one of the exceptions.

Strangely he prefers living with us as opposed to getting his own apartment. He says we keep him from being bored (since he just moved here from Toronto), and the fact that his workplace is literally a 2 minute walk down the street also helps.
