Are i dead or am i sleeping?

COLD Sunday morning, on my computer, listening to Modest Mouse... I did a seminar at work yesterday in front of about 10 people (or "potential clients"). Went pretty well.. Apparently i have a better voice than i actually thought! Afterwards, me and a few friends spent most of the day in the Markham / Richmond Hill area. It's an area north of the GTA that has really grown in the last five years. What was once farmland is now full of business buildings (mostly FOB businesses), houses (mainly inhabited by FOBS), and roads jammed with traffic (FOB drivers. Yikes!!). But I like the changes. It's turned into a very prosperous area for the young, rich and hip.
